Women in LeadHERship will feature women of various sectors that have climbed the ranks to executive positions. The panelists will discuss navigating the career field as a woman, challenges in the workplace, and the journeys of the women that led to where they are today.
LeadHERship in Colour
This panel will highlight successful women of color to discuss the challenge of the lack of representation of women of color in the workplace. Panelists will also discuss intersectionality, cultural commitments, stereotypes, and stigma in the field.

Successful Allyship
This panel encourages conversation between male-identifying and female-identifying representatives from various industries who will discuss the gender-dictated power dynamics in the workplace and address the challenges that are recognized not only by female employees but males too. We will also cover how men in the workplace can address these concerns as allies and empower women.
