Our Mission
Founded in 2019 by Sarah Chan and Laura Gallo, the University of Toronto Women's Association seeks to unite self-identifying women across all programs by offering equal opportunities.
The Annual UTWA LeadHERship conference will provide:

Professional development for women across all program sectors

Attendees with the opportunity to hear directly from industry professionals, graduate school representatives, and those working in academia through diverse panels.
We seek to educate women and allies on how to navigate the professional world as a woman and what allies can do to help facilitate that process.
Our conference will consist of program-specific workshops, so attendees can learn from representatives specifically for what field they are most interested in.
