New College is one of the constituent colleges of the University of Toronto in Canada. It was established in 1962. Being one of the larger colleges at the university, it represents approximately 5,000 students, the majority of whom belong to the Faculty of Arts and Science. The College offers the following academic programs: African Studies, Caribbean Studies, Equity and Buddhism, Psychology and Mental Health.
New College Student Council is a group of elected and appointed members of the New College student body. It is an integral in providing New College students with an enriching experience organizing supporting social events, athletic, campaigns, orientation, student finding and governance.
